Account authentication
Uses Google OAuth 2.0 to confirm access to the Gmail account whose owner has explicitly consented.
ORUS HUB supports internal business research and commercial workflows. Its Gmail connection lets the account owner review inbox metadata securely—without authorizing automated outreach.
The current integration uses the Gmail API to authenticate the authorized account and retrieve a limited inbox snapshot. It does not read message bodies in its implemented workflow.
Uses Google OAuth 2.0 to confirm access to the Gmail account whose owner has explicitly consented.
Retrieves the latest inbox message identifiers, thread identifiers, sender, subject, date, and read status.
Stores a local access-restricted report for internal validation and future workflow development.
The current OAuth scope is gmail.readonly. This Google permission technically allows the application to view email messages and settings. The implemented connector currently requests only inbox metadata and the account profile.
The present connection does not send, edit, delete, or draft emails. Any future permissions and automation features will require separate implementation, updated privacy disclosures, and explicit authorization.
This is an owner-operated internal tool, not an email marketing platform available for public signup. Information about handling Google user data, stored metadata, and access revocation is available in our Privacy Policy.
For privacy inquiries, data deletion requests, or questions about the Gmail connection, email orushub.br@gmail.com. Authorized access may also be revoked in your Google Account settings.
